Target Haul! | makeup, shoes, and more!

I'm not sure that you could call this much of a "haul" in any sense of the word, but my mom and I made the trek to Target the other day and picked up a couple of things. It was the first time that I left the house for something besides doctors appointments and physical therapy sessions since my surgery, so I really enjoyed getting out for a while! It really wiped me out, though, so I was glad to get home afterward.

We only picked up a few important things (and a pair of shoes... because those are important too), but I still wanted to share what we got!

Aveeno Positively Radiant Brightening Cleanser. This is my current cleanser of choice. I'm not entire sure if it's reached Holy Grail status, but this is the third time I've repurchased it. It's one of my favorites! It's oil free, soap free, and noncomedogenic. All good things, I suppose.

ELF Studio Powder Brush. My mom was actually the one to pick this up on my recommendation. I've used this brush for a year or so and really like it to apply powder with, so when she asked me for a new powder to use, I suggested she buy this as well as...

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder. I've been using this powder since high school! It's soft, smooth, and applies evenly to set foundation or any other face makeup. It's great alone, too, even though it doesn't give any coverage.

Maybelline Full N Soft Mascara. This is my second tube of this mascara! It's so good, and I'm pretty sure it's my Holy Grail mascara. I love the look of soft, feathery lashes. Though I have pretty long lashes already, this gives nice length, definition, and a nicely polished look. I love it! I suggested it to my mom as well, and she's been using it too. Though her lashes are shorter and a little more sparse, it gives a nice, lengthened effect. Would you like to see a full review/demo of this mascara?

Garnier BB Cream. We picked this up because of a recommendation from my sister. She'd been using it to even out her skin from acne scarring and hyperpigmentation with great results, so she suggested that mom and I try it. It works great for my mom, but I need a little more coverage to cover up acne and hyperpigmentation. Full review to come!

I also got this great pair of pink sandals! Usually I'd pass this up as being a little too flashy for my liking, but these are so cute and surprisingly comfortable.

Stella likes them, too!

That's all on my end! Have you picked up anything fun recently? Let me know in a comment!
