After all the up-front Summer feelings in last week's Wishlist Wednesday post, I want to personally add a bit of cooler-weather neutrality to reduce the heat. While I do enjoy the summer, there's nothing I love more than cooler weather and cozying up in blankets. The products this aren't wintery products in particular, but they remind me of cooler temperatures. Click through to read more about this week's picks!
Aveeno Positively Radiant Brightening Cleanser. I think that this cleanser might be Holy Grail status for me. I know that's a serious claim to throw around, but I'm not just throwing it out there. I've used up two full bottles of this cleanser, and I love what it's done to my skin. Before this, I used whatever I could find in stores. However, switching to a soap-free and oil-free cleanser has done wonders for my skin. It actually has improved its radiance! This favorite of mine has made it onto this week's wish list because I'm running out of cleanser and desperately need more. I've been trying to ration it by using a different one, but my breakouts have been worse since. No matter! I have no problem coming back to an old favorite.
Stila's Kitten Eyeshadow. Yes, yes. I'm aware that this is a cult-classic eyeshadow. I'm totally okay with falling in with what everybody else wants if everybody else wants a gorgeous, beautifully textured champagne-colored eyeshadow. Who doesn't need one of those? Not me. I've been lusting after this beauty for ages.
Benefit's Moonbeam Highlighter. My love for highlighters knows no bounds. I have quite a few that I love--Benefit's High Beam, Sun Beam, Watt's Up?, and Girl Meets Pearl (my personal favorite!), but this one has caught my eye for different reasons. Not only does the flat color of this product remind me of a full moon, but it also has a beautiful hot pink shimmer when blended out. I don't know if I can get that to work for my skin tone, but I'd love to have it try. I also heard that this was being discontinued, so I'd like this even for posterity's sake.
MAC Lipstick in Sushi Kiss. This gorgeous shade came out with the All About Orange collection. When I first got wind from Temptalia that the collection would go on sale at midnight, I knew I needed this shade to complete my life (and to be my first MAC lipstick!). But at that moment, doubt settled in: I got a little worried that the color wouldn't suit me, so I held off on buying it. After seeing how this flew off of the shelves and how beautiful it looks on everyone else, I seriously regret not buying it! I'm usually wary of buying things online without trying them (especially higher end products), so if I can find it at my MAC counter, I hope to swatch it and snag it up then.
That's everything I've had my eye on this week! What do you guys have your eyes on?
