It's officially that time of year again! Everybody's scrambling to come up with a handful of New Years resolutions to make it seem like we've got our lives together, but those very same resolutions will probably be forgotten within a few weeks (or a few days, even).
How fulfilling would it be to keep up a New Years resolution for a long time? It's totally possible, and it doesn't have to be as hard as you imagine it to be. We live in the age of the internet, and the "if it's not perfect, it's not worth sharing" mentality runs rampant.
